I love my life.
I love everything
and everyone in it.

That’s a mindful affirmation card that sits directly in front of my computer while I work.

Affirmations are remarkable tools that harness the power of positivity to overcome insecurity and self-doubt.

It’s a great reminder that:

The more I focus my mind
on the good in my life,
the more good comes into my life.

The more you radiate positive energy from your being, the more you enhance your relationships with friends, loved ones, and most of all. . .yourself!

What’s one practice that helps you spring forward in your journey of life?

Do share! I love hearing from you!

SPRING FORWARD

It’s just about time to “spring forward.” Daylight saving time 2022 officially begins Sunday, March 13 at 2 a.m., meaning we move the clock ahead one hour. For most people, that means moving the clocks ahead one hour before going to bed Saturday night.

The gateways to wonder and delight are flung open wide for all to enter. At once a beautiful love song and an encyclopedia of yogic techniques, the cherished text known as the Vijnana Bhairava Tantra shimmers with new effulgence in Lorin Roche’s The Radiance Sutras.

My entrepreneur friend Odette owner of Celebrity Cake Studios and Dragonfly Cakes who also is in my EO Mindfulness Forum got me this book for my birthday! I can’t wait to dive in! Thanks Odette! : )
